All Sales Are Final: Once production of your custom cushions has begun, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Customer-Provided Measurements: We are not responsible for modifications due to errors in measurements provided by clients. Please ensure all measurements are accurate before finalizing your order.

Dynasty-Measured Orders: If a Dynasty Patio Living employee visits your home to take measurements and the cushions do not fit as intended, we will make the necessary modifications at no additional cost.

Defective or Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
